CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. catsup
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. oregano, chopped
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 deep dish unbaked pie shell
4 oz. American cheese, grated
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine ground beef, milk, catsup, bread crumbs, oregano, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well with hands. Pat mixture into pie shell. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Toss cheese with Worcestershire sauce and sprinkle on top of pie. Bake 10 minutes longer. Cool 10 minutes. Cut in wedges. Yield: 6 servings.

Note: A family favorite. Almost like meat loaf, but different because of the cheese and Worcestershire sauce. A good dish to serve company.
