SWISS POTATO 
5 lb. bag potatoes
1 sm. pkg. Swiss cheese
1/2 pt. heavy cream
Minced onion (to sprinkle on)
Salt
Pepper
Paprika

1. Layer potato slices with onion, cheese (cut up small), salt and pepper.

2. Pour cream over top. Sprinkle with paprika.

3. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours, covered.
