SHRIMP DIP 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 sm. onion
1 bell pepper
5 or 6 stalks celery
1 c. mayonnaise
Hot sauce
Creole seasoning
3 or 4 lbs. shrimp, boiled

Cream mayonnaise and cream cheese until soft. Chop celery, onion and bell pepper fine. Boil, peel and chop shrimp into fine pieces. Mix all ingredients together. Add hot and creole seasoning to taste.
