VANILLA CHERRY MUFFINS 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 whole eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat all these ingredients until fluffy. Pour this into aluminum foil cups. Then put these cups in muffin pans (put 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of each muffin pan before you put the mixture in). Fill about 2/3 full. Put in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Remove while still hot. Dip cherry pie filling on top of each muffin.
