DIJON CHICKEN 
1 fryer, cut up
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. oil
Creole spice
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. garlic, minced
Parsley
Black pepper
1 tbsp. buttermilk salad dressing

Line pan with foil and heat to 400 degrees. Sprinkle with seasonings and place skin down in pan. Heat all other ingredients, then pour over chicken. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour. Pull back foil for the last 10 minutes so that chicken can brown.
