1 lg. pkg. cream cheese, softened
A sm. amount of onions, chopped or grated
1/3 c. French dressing
1/3 c. catsup
1 can deveined shrimp

Beat together first 4 ingredients; add can of deveined shrimp; mix and chill. Serve with potato chips.
