1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. oil
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, undrained
4 eggs
13 oz. Cool Whip
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding

CAKE: Combine all ingredients, except Cool Whip, pineapple and pudding. Mix well. Grease and flour 2 round cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees as directed on package. Cool.

TOPPING: Mix Cool Whip, pineapple, and pudding. Spread on cake.
