CHOCOLATE SHEATH CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/4 c. Crisco
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon

Bring to a boil butter, cocoa, water and Crisco. Pour into flour and sugar. Mix well. Add buttermilk, eggs, soda, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour into a greased sheath pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Ice while hot.

ICING:

1/4 c. butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
6-8 tbsp. milk

Melt butter and cocoa. Add powdered sugar, vanilla and 6 teaspoons milk (add more milk if necessary). Mix until smooth and pour over hot cake.
