4 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can Carnation milk
1 lb. butter (real butter)
3 tsp. vanilla
3 (6 oz.) pkgs. chocolate chips
2 c. chopped walnuts

Boil milk and sugar for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add butter, vanilla and chocolate chips. Then add nuts and beat until thick. Pour into greased cake pan. Cool and cut.
