4 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can Carnation milk
1/2 lb. butter
3 c. chocolate chips
3 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. nuts

Boil sugar and milk together six minutes. Fold in last 4 ingredients. Beat with mixer until cool.
