SPARKLING EMERALD PUNCH 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 c. HOT water
2 c. COLD water
1 (6 oz.) can lemonade concentrate
1 bottle (28 oz.) ginger ale, chilled
1 (6 oz.) can pineapple juice
Whole fresh strawberries, not hulled

Dissolve Jello in hot water; pour into pitcher; add cold water, lemonade and pineapple juice and blend well.

Before serving, carefully add the ginger ale to avoid excess foam. Pour into ice filled glasses. Garnish with berries.
