CHOCOLATE STREUSEL BARS 
1 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 c. cold butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

In large bowl combine flour, sugar and cocoa. Cut in butter until crumbly. (Mixture will be dry.) Reserving 2 cups crumb mixture, press remainder on bottom of 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

In large mixing bowl beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in milk until smooth. Add egg and vanilla, mix well. Pour over crust. Mix nuts with reserved crumbs and sprinkle over cheese mixture. Bake 25 minutes or until bubbly. Store in refrigerator.
