SAUSAGE BISCUITS 
3 c. Bisquick
1 lb. hot sausage
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Pinch of sage (optional)
Pinch of red hot pepper (optional)

Have sausage at room temperature. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Roll out as to make biscuits. Cut with 1-inch cutter or roll into balls. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 375 degrees. (Add pinch of sage, pinch of red hot pepper for spicy biscuits.)
