HAMBURGER CASSEROLE | |
1 lg. onion, chopped 1 lb. hamburger 2 pkgs. Japanese vegetables 1 c. cooked rice 1/4 c. soy sauce In wok or frying pan, cook onions then brown the hamburger. Add Japanese vegetables that have been defrosted by putting them in a strainer and passing hot tap water over them. Cook 10-15 minutes. Then add rice and soy sauce and cook for another 10-15 minutes. It's ready to serve! |
