GREEN PEA SALAD WITH BACON 
1 (20 oz.) frozen Le Seuer Petit Peas (or 3 pkgs. frozen peas if no 20.-oz. pkgs.)
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. green onions, chopped (optional) or 1/4 c. diced onion
Dried dill weed to taste
8 slices thin Oscar Mayer bacon fried crisp
1/4 c. low cal sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise

Line loaf pan with lettuce while preparing dressing. Rinse peas in hot tap water until defrosted; drain and chill. Cook bacon and chop. Mix all together with onion and serve on lettuce bed.
