3 c. sifted flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cloves
3 eggs
1 c. canola oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped apples (Granny Smith)
1 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix all dry ingredients. Combine all together. Add pecans last.

Bake in greased Bundt pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
