WALDORF SALAD 
2 c. unpeeled, diced apples
1/2 lb. seedless green grapes, halved
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans
1/2 c. finely diced celery

DRESSING: 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. lemon juice, prevents apples from turning dark Dash salt 1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped

Blend mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice and salt. Fold in whipped cream, fold into apple mixture. Chill. Serves 6.
