GREEN PEAS SALAD 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen peas, defrosted & as dried off as much as possible
1 c. celery, cut fine
1/2 c. scallions, cut fine
1 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled
3/4 c. sour cream

Combine all ingredients. Salt to taste. Chill thoroughly. Serve as is or on lettuce. Serves 8.
