1 1/2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pecans
1 unbaked pie crust

Mix potatoes, honey, cinnamon and salt. Then mix together eggs, sugar, vanilla. Add to potato mixture and add 1/2 cup pecans.

Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake in 350 degree oven until done.
