COOK AHEAD BEEF 
1 lb. lean stew beef
1 can golden mushroom soup
1/2 can water
1 med. onion

Cut meat into bite size pieces. Brown diced onion in a little hot oil, then add meat and continue to brown. Put meat, onion, soup and water into slow cooker. Stir and cook on medium heat at least 4 hours. Serve over noodles or rice.
