SNICKER DOODLES 
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tbsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix first 3 ingredients together. Add all dry ingredients to sugar, butter mixture, mix well.

Roll into balls the size of a walnut. Roll the balls in mixture of 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Place 2" apart on cookie sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake at 375 to 400 degrees until flat and golden.
