WINE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (add 3 tbsp. flour for high altitude)
3 3/4 oz. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c. sherry
3/4 tsp. oil
1 tsp. nutmeg

Combine ingredients and beat for 5 minutes. Pour into greased tube cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes in pan. Good served warm or cold. You may sprinkle with powdered sugar or frost as desired.
