6 WEEK BRAN MUFFINS 
1 (12 oz.) Raisin Bran or Bran Flakes
3 c. sugar
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. vegetable oil
1 qt. buttermilk

In a large bowl, mix together cereal, sugar, flour, soda and salt. To this mixture, add eggs, vegetable oil and buttermilk. Mix well and cover. Store in refrigerator. Do not freeze. Do not stir.

To bake: Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. This mixture makes 1 gallon and can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
