1/2 c. Romano cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 1/2 pts. heavy cream
1 stick butter
1 clove garlic
Salt
Pepper

Melt butter and then stir in heavy cream, then pour in the 2 cheeses. Add salt, pepper and garlic to taste.
