FISH CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. cod or haddock Parboil fish 10 minutes in salted water. Flake fish into a 13 x 9 inch pan. Mix one stick melted butter with one stack of Ritz crackers, crumbled. Add 3 shakes of Worcestershire sauce and 3 shakes of garlic powder. Spread fish with 2 cans cream of shrimp soup. Spread with cracker mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. |
