STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. instant rice
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
15 oz. tomatoes (save 1/2 cup)
1 med. onion

SAUCE:

1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. sugar

Mix all ingredients together and fill 4 peppers cut into halves. Microwave for 25 to 30 minutes or until peppers are tender, crisp.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
