SUMMER CASSEROLE 
10 wieners
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 lg. can pork & beans
1/2 lb. process cheese, grated

Cut wieners into thin slices. Saute green pepper and onion in butter. Stir in bread crumbs, beans, wieners and cheese. Place in 4 quart casserole. Cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
