FRUIT EN CREME 
2 c. sliced seedless green grapes
1 can (13 1/2 oz.) pineapple tidbits
1/3 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed

Combine grapes and pineapple tidbits. Blend sour cream and brown sugar (reserving 1 tablespoon brown sugar); toss with grape-pineapple mixture. Chill.

At serving time, sprinkle with reserved brown sugar. Serve immediately (4 servings).

One can (1 lb.) seedless green grapes, chilled and drained may be substituted for fresh grapes. Serve immediately after tossing with sour cream.

(Sour cream/brown sugar mixture is good with any fruit)
