OMELET SANDWICHES 
16 slices sandwich bread
8 slices cooked ham
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. crushed corn flakes
8 slices American cheese
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. melted butter
9x12 inch glass baking dish

Remove crust from bread. Butter outside of bread and make 8 ham and cheese sandwiches. Arrange in buttered glass baking dish. Mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt. Pour over sandwiches. Refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, remove from refrigerator and sprinkle corn flakes over sandwiches and melted butter over all. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
