CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
5 1/2 c. chicken
2 c. bread crumbs

Sauce:

4 c. chicken broth
1 c. milk
1/8 tsp. celery salt
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. flour

Boil chicken and reserve broth.

To make sauce, combine butter, flour, celery salt, milk and broth. Cook until thick. Layer in casserole, starting with bread crumbs, chicken and then sauce. Finish off with a small amount of shredded cheese on top.

Bake at 350°F until bubbling.
