HAM AND LEEK QUICHE 
1/2 c. ham
4 c. leek
1 c. sour cream
3 eggs
1 c. cream
Salt and pepper

Wash leek and cut lengthwise, then chop. Cut ham in bite size pieces. Make pie crust and fill with ham and leek mixture. Mix sour cream, eggs, cream, salt, and pepper. Pour mixture over ham and leek mixture. Cook for about 1 hour, until firm, at 350 degrees.
