TROPICAL CREAM CHEESE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
1 tbsp. apricot preserves
1/4 c. crushed pineapple
2 tsp. honey
1/3 c. flaked coconut

Combine cream cheese, preserves, crushed pineapple and honey; mix well. Add coconut and mix well; chill. Serve with banana nut bread or date nut bread. Yields: 1 2/3 cups.
