HAM BARBEQUE 
5 lb. chipped ham
2 (28 oz.) ketchup
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tsp. relish (optional)
Water (2, 28 oz. ketchup bottles full)
1 lg. onion

Saute onion in oil until brown. Add ketchup, vinegar, relish and water; stir well. Add ham. Stir well until hot. Serve on sandwich rolls.
