EASY GOURMET GOULASH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. salt
3 c. noodles
2 1/2 c. tomato juice
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
Dash of pepper
1 can beef broth
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. sour cream

Place beef, onion, garlic and salt in a large skillet. Cook until beef is browned, stir occasionally.

In a small bowl combine tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, pepper, beef broth and water. Add noodles to beef mixture, stir. Pour tomato mixture over noodles. Cover pan and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Add green peppers. Cover and cook another 10 minutes, until noodles are tender. Stir in mushrooms and sour cream. Heat through. Serves 4-6.
