1 yellow cake mix
2 lb. Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs + required egg for cake mix

Line 13 x 9 inch pan with aluminum foil and coat with oil. Mix cake mix as directed and pour into pan. Blend cheese, eggs and sugar, the spoon onto cake batter. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cool in pan. Invert and top with fruit. Serve chilled.
