SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
1 c. sugar
1 c. raisins
3 eggs, separated
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream
1 pie shell, baked

Boil raisins and sugar together until sugar is dissolved. Add egg yolk, flour and sour cream. Boil until thick. Beat egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt and about 6 tablespoons sugar. Pour raisin mixture into prebaked pie shell and cover with meringue. Brown the meringue about 15 minutes.
