BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
8 slices bread
1 lb. sausage, browned
2 c. shredded cheese
4 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
Can mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk

In large pan layer bread, cheese and sausage. Pour eggs with milk over all. Top this mixture with soup and milk mix. Cover and let sit overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 300 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours.
