PORCUPINES EN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. EACH finely chopped onions, celery & green pepper
1 egg
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Combine beef, rice, onions, celery, green pepper, egg, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Form into balls (12 to 14). Place in a lightly buttered or sprayed 2 1/2 quart casserole. Combine soup, water, catsup. Bring to a boil. Pour over meatballs. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven and stir in cheese. Makes 6 servings. 325 calories per serving. From the kitchen of Marolyn Weathers.
