FRANGO MINTS 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
2 c. chocolate chips (semi sweet)
2 tsp. vanilla
Mint extract

Cream together butter and powdered sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add melted chocolate chips and the vanilla. Beat until smooth. Using the cap from the extract bottle, add 3 capfuls of mint extract. Mix well. Drop by tablespoon onto waxed paper. Chill in refrigerator until firm.
