FRANGO MINT PIE 
CRUST:

2/3 pkg. crushed vanilla wafers
1/3 stick butter, melted

Mix and press into pie pan. Bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees.

FILLING:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 stick butter
2 sqs. unsweetened chocolate, melted
3 eggs, well beaten (lemony)
5 drops oil of peppermint (purchased at drug store)

Cream sugar and butter together. Add chocolate, eggs and beat at high speed for 5 minutes. Add oil of peppermint and beat 1 more minute. Pour into shell and chill overnight.
