CLAM CASSEROLE 
2 cans minced clams
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 c. milk
4 eggs
2 c. cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. butter
1 can pimiento (opt.)

Mix together clams, milk, spices and eggs. Pour cracker crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
