GRANDMA TALL'S MEATBALLS 
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tbsp. parsley
1 egg
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Should be moist to the touch. Wet hands and roll into balls any size. Brown in olive oil and add to sauce to season. Grandma used to just make the meatballs and drop them into the sauce without browning them. Mother says they look too light.
