GRANDMA'S MEATBALLS 
1 lb. EXTRA LEAN ground beef
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 c. fine cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. flour

MEATBALL SAUCE:

1/2 bottle Kraft onion bits BBQ sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of chili powder
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. tomato juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix meatball mixture with hands and moisten with just enough catsup to shape into walnut size meatballs. Place meatballs in a shallow pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes until browned.

Meanwhile: Prepare the sauce: Heat through, and add meatballs - let sauce penetrate. Serve in chafing dish or crockpot.
