SHRIMP PASTE 
1 can of shrimp, drained
1 stick of butter
8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. of minced onion
2 tbsp. of lemon juice
3 tbsp. of mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. horseradish

Cream shrimp and butter until light. Add onion, lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt, horseradish. Blend well. Refrigerate several hours before serving. Serve as a spread with crackers.
