EASY FRUIT TART 
2 c. Bisquick, mix together with 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter, cut into flour mixture until crumbly

Mix in 1 egg until soft dough forms. Pat into rectangle, 12 x 10 inch on a greased and floured cookie sheet. Pinch edges of rectangle, forming 1/2 inch rim. Bake until edges are brown (10 to 12 minutes). Remove after 2 minutes. Let cool completely.
