2 c. flour
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon

Rub into crumbs as you would pie dough and take out 1/2 cup and sprinkle on top before baking.

1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour milk
1 egg

Add soda to sour milk and add to rest of mixture. Add egg and beat. Bake in greased iron skillet at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
