GRASSHOPPER PIE 
3 tbsp. butter, melted
21 chocolate wafers, crushed
36 lg. marshmallows
3/4 c. milk
5 tbsp. Arrow creme de menthe
2 tbsp. Arrow white creme de cocoa
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
Whipped cream and mint

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In medium bowl, combine butter and wafers. Press on bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate. Bake 5 minutes; cool.

Melt marshmallows in milk over low heat, stirring constantly. Mix in liqueurs. Cool until slightly thickened. Beat cream until it mounds slightly. Fold into marshmallow mixture. Pour into pie shell. Freeze. Garnish with whipped cream and mint.
