HAWAIIAN DESSERT 
6 slices pineapple, in own juice, drained
3/4 c. reserved pineapple juice
2 env. sugar free lime Jello
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. almond extract
3/4 c. crushed ice

Bring juice to a boil; add Jello, stirring until Jello is dissolved. Combine pineapple and milk in blender; blend well. Add Jello mixture, almond extract and ice. Mix thoroughly in blender. Pour into individual dessert dishes. Chill until set, about 1 hour.
