TUNA AVOCADO PIE 
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. evaporated milk
2 (7 oz.) tuna, drained
1 lg. avocado, cubed
1/4 c. flour
1 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter and saute onion. Sprinkle in flour and mix well. Add broth, mix. Add milk, salt, pepper and parsley. Cook until thick. Add tuna and avocado and pour into buttered pan.

TOPPING:

2 c. Bisquick or prepare biscuits according to directions
1/2 c. shredded cheese

Mix Bisquick and cheese together. Roll out dough to fit over top of pan. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
