VEGETABLE DIP 
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/4 c. minced green pepper
1/4 c. minced celery
1/4 c. minced onion
1 tbsp. minced pimento-stuffed olives
1 tbsp. peeled and minced cucumber
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
4-5 drops hot sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Chill. Yield: around 2 cups.
